Default suspension rubbing issues w/ 19x8.5 on 235/35/19's

I have a 2000 B5 S4 and did a basic drop using Eibach Pro-kit. I have Ace Alloy RS4's (19x8.5 on 235/35/19 rubber) I was gauranteed fitment from the both Ace and the site I had purchased the rims from. I have read and seen multiple cars of the same year/model with no issues. Are spacers required? If i ad spacers will it now rub on the inside of the fenders? Has anyone else had any issues? I have pics to show to see exactly where its rubbing. Please Help!!!

Considering I think it's your only option, yes, add some spacers.

Not that it will solve your problem but what is the offset of the wheel? 8.5 should be about a 32 mm offset. 235/35-19 is the recommended tire size so this should have been a good fit depending on the offset of the wheel. You should be able to get a 3 or 5 mm spacer to correct this but keep in mind this will also require longer lugs and possibly a fender lip roll. See if the guy that "guaranteed" the fitment can supply the spacers and lugs for free since he screwed you. H & R sells spacers but I do not know the telephone number. The fender lip roll you could do your self but it might be better to pay for it so you have less liability issues if the paint chips.

Thanks for the advise. They are sending me spacers and new lugs for this screw up in their dime. Im hoping I dont have to roll my fenders tho, If I do need to....how much does that cost to do?
