Default TB Belt Replacement IN Progress help needed

Guys, long story short while doing my TB belt replacement I may have moved one of the cams while replacing the cam seals. My question now is how do I determine if I have the cams timed correctly? I have a cam locking bar but since the cam wheels were off I cannot be certain. I want to double check before I crank the motor.

I've used that when I replaced my timing belt last year.
