or not. Could the tire shop have done something or was I just not paying attention to the noise.

Default maybe its tire noise!

i just switched to my summer wheels/tires and i have a wheel bearing-ish sound coming from my left rear. its just the tire. maybe re-rotate and see if it goes away?

Default I've been driving since October on mine... just bought a shop press last week to replace it. =)

It's pretty loud; sounds like a plane when I drive. Didn't replace it because I have no indoor garage and I hate working on the car outside in the cold.
