Default Will the GIAC X chip pass state emissions?
Will the GIAC X chip pass state inspection/emissions test on the pump gas mode, or do you have to turn it into the stock mode position in order to pass?

North Carolina, I think it should be okay its def. not one of the strictest states in terms of that.

If they are just hooking up the the OBDII port and checking readiness you will pass as long as you don't have a CEL.
