Default dumb question: Lugs torqued properly?

I thought the centering rings just helped with wheel mounting, but perhaps you can be off center slightly without them?

Default Because it was fine with stock rims then i put on a 225/40/18 by 8 inch rim, they bolt up but dont

fit the hub. Air pressure is fine, torques are all good. I just got them balanced yesterday i doubt its a bent rim cause he would have seen it when he balanced them.

Default did you have them balanced?

Its possible one of them is bent or just way out of balance.
