Hmmm, not sure I'd be happy without the LED headlights, Adaptive Cruise Control, etc. that my car has, but if you're OK with the way it's equipped, that's great.
Edmunds suggests about $53K for that car with that options and mileage. I'd aim for more like $50K if I were you. The worst they can say is "no"...

Then added the extended fidelity warranty

Answer depends on how many miles per year you expect to drive it, and how long you plan to keep it...
Also whether you plan to tune it or not...
