I thought the 2016's were supposed to have 4G LTE service but all I've seen is 3G service. I have the AT&T SIM card.

Am I kissing something. I'm in their 4G coverage area but never see it on the screen.

Ideas?

Mine actually indicates LTE.

Was the sim card you have supplied by the dealer or Audi Connect? If not and it was sourced from AT&T directly to you, it could be the sim is not provisioned for LTE.

I spoke with them this morning and they are looking in to it.

Finally got it working. Was just an activation issue.

What is the ATT cost for this?

I ask AT+T as I have their mobile service.

If it is not active, what do you lose?

If you have an AT&T Mobile Share plan it is an additional $10/month to add your Audi to your account.
