My Audi A6 2013 3.0 doesn't come with MMI remote for rear seats control. There is one guy selling his A6 mmi remote in UK. If I buy it will it work in my A6? Does remote work via infrared or bluetooth?

You don't say where you are located but if North America, highly doubtful it will work as it was not a feature ever offered here in the C7 and I'm guessing the required hardware doesn't exist in the car.
