Default Extending thigh supports

Looking at purchasing a new S6 to replace my M3, but I have a question on the seats. From what I've read the base A6 seats are pretty bad with very short seat bottoms. I'm actually interested in an S6 and wanted to verify that the base diamond quilt seats have extendable thigh supports. If so I'm guess they're manual like my B8 S4's were. Also, I'm considering the comfort seat upgrade. Does anyone know if those seats have extendable thigh supports? The pictures make it look like they don't. If they do, are they manual or electric? Seems like a small detail but seats make a big difference to me and I don't have a dealership nearby to check. Thank you!

The diamond-stitched seats in the S6 do have extendable thigh supports. Manual.

Comfort Seats have adjustable thigh support as well, but electrical.

The S6 standard seats (Diamond Stitch) do have extending leg support. It is a manual adjustment and does not have a memory function for different drivers.

If you get the Comfort Seat package, the extending leg support is power and will retain memory position for drivers along with the other seat settings.

Great, thanks everyone! Now I just have to figure out if the $2k package is worth it. I love ventilated seats to avoid swamp ***, but man that diamond stitching looks so good!

I REALLY wanted to get the comfort seats when I was researching my S6 purchase, but we ended up buying a 2013 model out of the showroom because of the great deal. It had the standard seats. Thus far, I am really pleased with them. A lot more pleased than I expected I would be.

You won't go wrong either way.

Good to know, thanks. The only other downside I see to the standard seats is without headrest posts it will make an aftermarket iPad mount for back seat video a little more difficult.

I really like my diamond-stiched seats - they're quite comfortable, yet supportive and easy to get in & out of. Plus everyone who sees them says something about how great they look.
