Congrats on the pending deliveries. My "real" car has been at the port in Jacksonville Florida for 8 days now so I'm hopeful for a delivery soon too.

Both of ours went from status "At port but not yet loaded" to "You're car is at the dealership"

I stopped by the dealership yesterday. They had no more info than the port arrival date but said they'd call as soon as they heard more. He did tell that the new system they have for vehicle orders leaves a lot to be desired. The dates show up slower and sometimes not at all. He told me about an A6 order that showed up 2 weeks ago more than a month before the system's delivery ETA.

I feel your pain Neddy. Stillwater and I were very surprised this week to find our cars would get delivered this quick.

FED EX and UPS can track a set of $2 shower curtain rings better than Audi can track a $80,000 car. But hey...they are in the business of making great cars.

I would be ready at a moments notice...you just never know when it will actually show up.

I've waited so long now that a few more days aren't going to make a difference. The harder part will be after "delivery". As part of my deal the dealer is taking care of transporting the car about 90 miles to a good detailer who will be doing PPF, tint and Opticoat for me. I'll have to turn in the S6 I'm in now at delivery and drive a loaner until my 'real' car is back.

In Raleigh, Pete at TVP is doing my tint and PPF and Clay from before and after detail will do the opticoat pro.

My dealer told me today that the car has a release to carrier date of 5/26. Shouldn't be long now.
