Any chance someone here is in the Chicagoland Area and could recommend someone for the Opticoat process?

How much does it usually cost to have this done professionally? I don't trust myself!

Applying the consumer-grade stuff is idiot-proof. Clean the car, wipe down with alcohol, wipe on coating, wait 5-10 minutes, wipe off excess with a microfiber towel.

Regardless of whether or not you do it yourself, do NOT let your dealer "detail" the car. They will mess up the paint and you will have to have it buffed & polished to correct the swirls. Tell them to remove the plastic and then leave it alone. No wash, no dry, nothing.
