I have a 2013 S6 I have seen others that had a feature that shows lap time and boost in the display between gauges..... Can I turn that feature on in my S6.....if so,how do I do it?

VCDS is one of the definitive diagnostic programs for VW/Audi Group cars. It's a Windows app.

The software is a free download, but requires a proprietary cable to interface to your S6 (that also serves as the software license dongle for the app).

Ross-Tech Store: VCDS License with HEX-USB+CAN Unlimted VIN (All VAG)

It's pricy, but worth it if you intend to highly tweak and/or benchmark your car.

Alternatively, if all you really want is to enable the lap timer and a few of the other common "secret" features, and read trouble codes, the Carista mobile app + Bluetooth connector can do this for a lower price than VCDS.
