Default Leasing an S6

Hi there,

I am new to the forum as well as new to Audi's. I am looking to lease a 2016 S6 and was wondering if anyone else had as well so I could see what the monthly payments are for other people.

For example, on an S6 with msrp of $80k, I was quoted $1,368/month based on:

36 months
12k miles/year
$0 money down
9% Lease Tax (PA)

I just want to make sure I can get a great deal for my first ever german car.

Thank you!

you are paying nearly 50k for the lease on MSRP of 80k. that seems a bit high. and, you can negotiate the MSRP even lower...even for a lease.

Honestly, finding an S6 right now and taking it home is a fantastic deal. S6's are still very rare and hard to get for 16. The best deal is the one where you are happy, not someone else.

I just did much better than that quote. If you are near the trip state area, call Danbury Audi ask for Joe Miller.

Mine (MSRP$79,000) leased for $1144 a month including tax before I bought it off the lease midway through. Still cheaper to buy and finance the car with the interest rates available nowadays.

Default 2016 S6 European Delivery ? Tristate

Hello everyone,

New to the group. I just moved to Stamford, CT from Cali and want to lease a S6 for 36mo, 12K miles. I am not in rush since I brought my X5 with me but want to European Delivery for a 2016 model. Any recommendations ? I am also not familiar with winter conditions so any guidance on winter setup and some options you think must to have! will be appreciated. I have always been a BMW guy and had M3s and M6s before I got my X5M.

Also any tips on dealers will be great.

Thanks a ton!

Default You need wheels and winter tires

See the current thread on winter tires. Be careful if you haven't driven in snow before, but the car is great with the right tires.

Factory delivery requires tires appropriate for the season, apparently by German law. So unless you can get the S6 ordered with winter tires, I don't think they will deliver the car during the winter season-- if that was what the comment about winter conditions meant.

If not, any good winter tire (I have Michelin Alpin+) will do well on the S6. The problem is getting wheels that fit over the massive brakes on the S6. I have aftermarket 19s that fit, but only if the balancing weights are on the outside- there is no room for the caliper and wheel weights to coexist!

I did factory delivery on my S6 last September, and it was a great experience!
