Ok, so as my paint protection efforts wind down, I'm looking at the dealer license plate frames, and I can't believe I left them on this long

I started thinking a brushed finish, ideally to match the "titanium" S6 exterior metal would be ideal... any suggestions?

Audi makes one that should be pretty close. I have one and it's very high quality. They can be found on EBay for a reasonable price.

I have it and it's great looking., Should be a pretty good match with the Titanium trim.

I think it looks fine frameless. Maybe I don't know what's cool, though.

Yeah, now I'm waffling - I held up a cheapo chrome and cheapo brushed nickel and I'm starting to think black might be the right answer after all

Plus I really want "Vorsprung durch Technik" if I'm going to do words

Easy choice for me because I absolutely detest chrome. I needed a frame because my license plate had to be cut to fit on my previous car, so the bottom edge was all mangled from where I used tools in the garage to cut the plate.


I really hate US shape plates. Would be so nice if we switched to the elongated Euro style.

I have this one and i really like it "Audi Sport" in black pearl finish, like black chrome, matches my AWE exhaust tips perfectly
