Nav update?

My new to me 2013 S6 seemed due for a Nav database upgrade. My local dealership in Richland, Washington quoted me $365?!? Is it just me or does this seem insane?
They are also telling me they would need to 'special order' a license to do a MMI upgrade to fix bluetooth issues???
Are Audi's normally this much of a pain in the rear? I've never had a BMW or Mercedes (I've owned both) dealer tell me they need to special order some software, they just hook the car up to the computer and download whatever they need, never a 'special order' mess!

Currently, the map updates for pre-2016 C7s can only be done by the dealer service dept. The $300-$400 charge is not only for the cost of the license but the labor charge. It takes 2-3 hours to install and while a tech doesn't have to babysit the process for the whole time, it takes up a service bay.

I went to my audi and found no map tab to the bottom right of the picture of my car?.. Did I miss something? How again do I update my 2013 Nav unit. From my audi? I see no map tab.
