So far, so good. I really like how they look, actually; in a 20" size I think I'd like them better than the OEM wheels.

I should have snapped pics after getting my car back from the body shop when it was freshly detailed. Unfortunately, right now it's covered in crap from the snow/sleet storm we had earlier this week. I'll try to snap some clean pics this weekend.

FWIW, I was happy enough with these that I ordered a second set from OEM Wheels Plus (different size/style) for my wife's Q5 once I realized the winter setup from her old VW Tiguan wouldn't fit. Those will be here tomorrow.

I'm guessing they're currently sold out in the 19", as I see them in an 18" but not 19":

My car is Estoril. The wheels look pretty good for the price. Here is the desription from my invoice. "AU511 19" Matte Black ET35 Wheels Set" I don't see them on their site anymore.

Here they are installed on mine. Again, 19" with black lug covers and Blizzak LM-32s.

Slight hiccup with OEM Wheels Plus: I ordered a set of 18s for my wife's Q5 for her winter setup. The style I selected was the VW Golf R replica. I chose it from the "Audi" section of the website, and when ordering entered the make/model of the Q5 in the field where prompted to do so. They missed all this, and sent me VW center cap covers (they say they have no visibility to this field from their order page). They now want me to ship them back before they will send the correct Audi covers. A bit annoying for $2 worth of covers, since now I'll have to clean the wheels and take alcohol to the center caps before I can put the covers correct on. Not a big deal, just FWIW.
