Picked up my new to me CPO S6 and a problem already
Hey folks and welcome from the D3 forums. I had a minty clean ibis S8 and got tboned by a tractor trailer that ran a stop sign. The car was totaled and I walked away from the wreck.
Anyways, I figured the C7 S6(mines a 2013), would be a good replacement. And it is, I love it. I picked it up yesterday at three oclock and brought it home. This morning I went to grab a coffee 5 minutes form my house. On the way home I stopped at a stop sign and just as I was about to proceed I got an error saying ACC and Audi Braking Guard Unavailable with a strange red picture in the speedomoeter with a car icon.
Any ideas? I did a quick search and some say a sensor or alignment. I tried what others said and restarted the car with nothing

It could be a lighting issue as well. I was driving home from Bridgeport at night and it was pitch black. Got the same error you got. I wouldn't be too worried but the issue should be under warranty.

It's strange, everything just started working on it's own. Anyone have any difficulty with active lane assist? Mine very rarely detects lines even on roads with new lines painted.

I'm pretty sure it is only active when you are over 40mph. I'm pretty sure that is what the manual said

Note that the first time I brought it in, the technicians performed some sort of reset that worked for nearly a day, then the problems resurfaced again ... requiring the sensor alignment.
