Default recommendations on transport service for S6

finally found an S6. 2013 white 26k Miles loaded except the sunshades. B/O Innovation etc. Audi dealership is in VA, I'm in OH. The dealer sent me a company by the name of Sprint Auto Transport. Anyone used them or have a recommendation on a quality carrier?

Flash, personally, I'd grab a one way plane ticket and fetch the car, assuming you accept it. Then, you'd enjoy a wonderful bonding experience during the mini-road trip back home! Can it get any better than that?

Default 2nd that....

... enclosed transport will be at least $800. If you fly in, you can make sure there are no hidden surprises. Sounds like one night hotel stay and $250 in gas. Plus, as mentioned, a real opportunity to spend some quality time in the car.

Sounds like a road trip opportunity to remember...

I'm with everyone else - get there and drive it home. I would be tempted to drive to Virginia with another driver and drive both cars home. Should be a days drive each way and you have a car to poke around with after the dealership closes.

I recently bought a Porsche from a dealer in FL. Flew down from VA to pick it up, and drove back. It was a fun drive, and, as others have pointed out, made it possible to check it out in person before formalizing the deal.

Or, you could hire me to drive it to Ohio, and buy me a plane ticket back to VA!

Nice try. I've secured a transporter and the vehicle arrives later this week. I considered flying down, knowing it would have been a fun drive back, but the timing didn't work.

The shop that does all my detailing and exterior mods is taking deliver so the car can be detailed, clear windshield tint to reduce heat and clear bra wrap. Haven't decided on a tint for the rest of the windows yet. Want something that is subtle. Had a light blue on my CLS that looked sharp but it was a black car.
