This is a video that I made of my Audi S6 2013 (C7) acceleration and timed it with and without launch control.

How did you get the boost and shift timer to display in the dashboard??

It's Lap Timer Mode, which you can enable using VCDS.

Why didn't the car redline before shifting gears. It was shifting between 5500-6000... redline is 6500. Your time should be less if held to redline as boost picks up as well.

I did it via obdeleven, it can also be done via VCDS / VAG COM let me know if you need the coding for that.

It also displays the gear and engine oil temp on HUD if you have HUD.
