This is 3M crystalline CR40 all around, which is the legal limit in my state.

I have had llumars 40% on my past three cars totaling 8 years and have never been pulled over for it. I have been pulled over once during that time for speeding on Roosevelt Blvd and never got hassled. I also live in philadelphia area PA law is <70%.
