Hi I have a 2013 audi s7 with 54000 km I removed the engine cover and found that one turbo had some oil on it and the coolant lines had some crystallization around them. Should I be worried?

Hi,
Audi has issued a TPI on this problem. The problem is VERY serious and you should get it amended IMMEDIETLY !!!!!

I had booked a service at Audi garage to get this done, but did not make it on time. The result is that both turbos overheated with a catastrophic baering failure.
So now i have a potential fight with Audi in front of me. To fix this is going to cost about 7K USD !!!!

In my point of view this should be done for free as there is a TPI on this and t knew this could happen.

Bottom line DO NOT do any hard pulls before this is amended !!!!!!!!
