Default 2016 Audi Lease Factors?

My car comes in next week and will be leased. Am wondering if anyone knows where to find the 2016 S6 Lease Factors? With the better exchange rate now I am hoping Audi has sweetened the lease deal a bit...

Tomorrow is d-day as my car is coming in. My sales rep is ultra cagey and has never given me any lease calculations in writing.

I am planning a 36 month lease at 12K miles per year.

So to be fully armed tomorrow to finalize my lease I think I need to know:

1. Lowest Money Factor Available from Audi on the 2016 S6 (no markup, excellent credit score). If I am reading and interpreting a thread on Edmunds correctly the Money Factor for a 36 month lease without markup may be .00037? Can anyone verify this?

2. Residual percentage used by Audi, rumour is they use 54%, can anyone verify this?

3. I believe that is all I need to know... to negotiate the lease, am I missing anything?

There's up to $1000 towards the first lease payment for an S6. Loyalty and Conquest can also be processed even though they're not officially active yet.

Btw - the Audi live chat rep. said that the loyalty/conquest isn't valid for 2016 models yet. I know some dealerships have been honoring it assuming it will be though. The chat rep. also said they'll be updating the offers tomorrow or the day after - so hopefully MY2016's are included at that time.

All the dealer needs to do though is call Audi Financial and tell them they sold a 2016 and want Loyalty/Conquest. It was a 2 minute call to get the OK.

All said and done, Supplier Discount, free AudiCare, and Conquest bonus, I ended up at 8.82% off MSRP (including destination, and the retail price of the AudiCare). That's not too bad for a high-performance, limited distribution car.

How did you go about getting the free AudiCare if you don't mind me asking?

I know some dealers hold extremely firm and the best they will do is list price...

Negotiate from a position of confidence, whether you have the upper hand or not. Unless you're being unreasonable in your ask, it works out more often than not in life, but in order to be successful, you have to be willing to walk. If you're not, they've got you.
