Doesn't look the same as the OEM grill. The OEM part is blacked out behind the rings and I think makes the rings stand out more. Would be nice if you posted pics with this grill installed so we can see for ourselves.

How much work is there to remove the OEM and switch over? A simple bolt on or do I need to remove bumpers too?

Front bumper needs to be removed. It's a very simple task. If you have basic mechanical skills it shouldn't be a problem
