How to switch off ESP and few other questions?
Hello,
i have a 2013 S7 and i can't figure out a few things about it:
How do you completely switch off ESP?
I previously had 2012 A5 3.0 TDI, pressing ESP button once put it in ESP:Sport, to shut it off all you had to do was hold down ESP button for ~5s until a message came up on the dash ESP: off.
On the S7, i have tried many different ways, but i only manage to get it to ESP:Sport.
What is the proper way to do it?
My car does not have start/stop function, is that an option like B&O audio system, or is it just a region specific thing (depending on the region where it is bought it will come with/without the function)?
What power is Stock gearbox able to withstand?

Turning off ESP its exactly as you describe. You have to hold the button for a few seconds and then it turns off with a message in the DIS. If that doesn't work then I guess you can't turn it off completely in your car. Not sure where you are located, but maybe it's a regional limitation. Check your user manual.
Start/Stop it's a regional thing as well. Not available everywhere and depends on model years.
