I've placed my order!
I ordered my 2016 S7 yesterday!
I currently have a 2013 A7, so I'm very familiar with the car.
The S7 will be Misano Red, black interior and headliner, carbon atlas inlay, 20" 5-parallel spoke wheels, and power closing doors. The new S7 comes with a flat-bottom steering wheel by the way.
My dealership says it should arrive in late March/early April.

I'm currently leasing my A7. By the time the new car arrives, I should be near the end of my lease period, and I'll be turning the car back in.

Congrats! I went a similar route 2012 A7 -> 2016 S6 (with a Porsche Macan in between for a few months). Hoping for a March delivery.
What made you go with the carbon atlas vs. the wood/alumn. combo? I'm still on the fence about interior trim.

I'll be getting the layered aluminum/black wood in mine. I just think it's more interesting than the carbon fiber, like speed lines but inside your car.
Anyway, You can get CF trim on anything. The layered wood is unique.

I'm placing my order for a S6 this Friday. Came to a verbal deal with the dealer last night.

By the way, congrats on the S6. My dealer had an S6 on the lot. Black on black with the carbon atlas trim, and it was beautiful. Helped me make up my mind.

The layered wood combined with the stitching of the seats just looks overkill to me. But to each his own, right?! LOL! Congrats again.

I've never been a big fan of the aluminum trim, and the wood seemed to feel more appropriate as a luxury statement, versus the persona of an S. Carbon atlas seems to be more sporty, and would be a better match for the Misano red exterior and black interior.
