I am wondering if anyone has been able to obtain a high demand Audi (i.e. like the new S6/S7) through the Audi Supplier program with the 6% discount from a California dealer?

Aren't all dealers bound by AoA to honor the discount?

Interestingly enough, no. On top of that, dealers may refuse to honor supplier pricing on limited edition cars in stock, even if they do participate. They cannot, however, refuse to honor it on a factory order.
