Newbie Question: Used A7 vs S7
Coming from a Mercedes E350 and going to try my hand at an Audi A7. I usually lease but I'm just going to buy a used one cash so I can do things like add nice rims, etc.
Two choices.
1) A7 Prestige 2016 (300 miles) for about $67K with S line exterior, blind spot and a few other niceties. Has head mounted display which I did NOT want but....
2) S7 2014 (6700 miles) for 70K with driver assistance package.
Like the "basically new" option but long term will I be happier with S7?
One issue is I do sometimes drive my daughter 5-6 hours to school and the seats in the S7 look seriously short distance "sporty"
Thanks for the opinions....

Thanks,
I really excited. This is my first non-lease vehicle in quite some time. $69K for a 2014 with 6500 seemed like a great deal to me even though I did very little research.
Everything about this car has me jazzed. My only concern is the bolsters on the sport seats. They look great but I hope they stay comfortable on a 3-5 hour drive.

Well, take the ride and let us know how it worked out for you. The seats are sporty but I think comfortable still. Fine line between keeping you in place and longterm comfort. I think it can do both.

Congratulations on the beautiful ride! And a great long weekend to enjoy it I'm also thinking on pulling the trigger on a S6/S7, coming from an '14 A6 3.0. They are amazing machines! $69k sounds like a great deal, CPO?
