I agree with "The Best Audi ever made" statement from an all-around everyday driving standpoint. However, I don't think the MMI screen is touchscreen, unless I've missed something.

I'm thinking an R8 V10 and A8 as the contenders for best Audi made, and although this is my first Audi (or German car for that matter), I can see how the '17 A4 is the best A4 yet.

It is my first Audi but I still think it's the best. The outside is designed a little conservatively, but also very sleek. I like it. Once you get inside it is a really nice car. Comfortable. But once you drive it, it just has to be the best Audi. Anyone that drives my car just loves it. Great car.

I think its subjective, but especially at the price range what you get is definitely the best. I wouldnt buy an A8 just becuase of how outdated it is now, its big but our A4 has the same decibel level at speed as the current A8 and with the right suspension is just as comfortable. And yes the R8 is great but its also $200,000 and thats not realistic for most people making it not the best option for most people.

For instance I think that the best audi made isn't available in the US and has been in production for a while, RS6 Avant duh!!

I agree. The A8 is abit long in the tooth now. So are the A6 and A7. But that 3.0tfsi is one of the best v6 engines out there right now. The A4 is also a brilliant car. Loads of tech, a lovely 2.0 TFSI, elegant looks.

For what I need, it is the Best Audi Ever Made. It isn't too big, so it fits in the garage nicely, but it still has plenty of room for 4 people and luggage. It has a great, spacious interior with the best tech out there and intuitive controls. It is quiet, quiet, quiet, but will get up and go when you need the power. It drives smoothly over broken pavement, yet it handles really well. Best All Around for a daily driver. And of course, in its price range.

In all fairness, we are talking about the newest model with all the latest tech. When the new models are introduced, I expect the A6, A7 and A8 to each become The Best Audi Ever Made. :-)
