Default A7 Driver Window "Creak"

2017 A7 has a creaking noise when the driver window is all the way up. My 2017 A7 had the same issue. I know the dealer can lubricate the window gasket to reduce the noise, but I really don't want to take the time for a service appointment just for that. Was planning to wait until the 5000 mile service but the noise is making me nuts. Any suggestions? I have Shin-Etsu silicone grease, which works great for these type of issues but I can't figure out where it needs to be applied. Advice is appreciated!

Looks like you might want to request edit rights. https://www.audiworld.com/forums/fee...hread-2748703/

I haven't experienced any window noises with my A7. Part of my pre-winter preparations is to apply silicone to the rubber door gaskets and there's plenty of gasket around the window. Give it a try. The worse that can happen is that you have a creak and a lubricated gasket.
