My Audi Q7 2011 make Quattro 3.0 Tdi, during each time when I start the engine is shows" Windscreen Defective" and the wiper is not working. While the engine is off, I try to move the wiper and it moves freely. when i take to Audi they tested and mentioned that " Found Fault stored for the wiper motor control unit J400, no signal communication". the motor control cost $1700.

any one can support to fix this issue?

The only time I saw that was when I disconnected my wiper motor to change it. So either it has failed, disconnected or the module is really fried.
