Default loose body panel?

Hi everyone,

Have a 2017 Q7 Prestige with 950 miles on it, less than 1 month old! Noticed in the garage that a small panel seemed out of alignment, attached picture of car (not mine). has red arrow showing the small panel. It wiggles and at the bottom seems not secured,if I push on the piece towards the car itself, it seems to get secured but still moves some making squeaky/clicky noise (other side doesn't move at all), not sure if it is held by glue or not? The other side has same piece, but its very secure.

I think I need take to dealer, but not sure what the issue itself could be...or how long of a wait it may be at dealer.

TIA!

Seems pretty straightforward to me; take it to the dealer and have them fix it - what is causing it shouldn't be a concern...it's loose.

When I put the front mudguards on my car, that panel came off on one of the sides. From what I can remember it is just secured to the car by clips, and it was a bit of a challenge to get it back on the car. I'd take it to the dealer and get them to attach it properly. I suspect that some of the clips weren't quite seated properly when it was built.

Thanks - I took it to dealer this afternoon and 45minute wait later, its fixed! Was a loose clip and technician put it on lift and fixed.

Hearing about mudflaps/clips helped ease my concern, thanks for that!
