Volume "currently unavailable"?
So I get in to go to work this morning and my radio is "linking", not a problem it has done this before. Once it came on I wanted to turn the volume up and it reads "currently unavailable"! What is this and why is it doing this? Doesn't matter whether it is from the steering wheel control or the console, same message. The mute function works, just can't adjust volume up or down. Can anyone comment on what has happened since I parked it last night?

Mine did the same thing this morning. The Sirius channels were updating. It'll normally freeze for a few minutes when it does this. Do a hard reset by holding the center ****, the top right button and the menu button simultaneously. It'll reset the MMI.

I had a similar issue this morning on my commute to work... I could not turn up the volume. I thought about restarting the MMI, but it fixed itself a few hours later.

If the volume control stops working during the next update, you can work around it by selecting "Media," setting the volume you want, then returning to radio. I had the same problem yesterday and I used this until everything returned to normal about 30 minutes later.

I had the same problem. I powered off and on with no fix, turned off and on the car and no fix. However, After I parked the car when we went out to dinner, the problem was resolved when restarted.

2017 A3 Prem+ Sport Sirius Radio "currently unavailable"
This is an intermittent problem. I spent hours on the phone with Sirius tech support, and after several resets, they told me to take the car back to the dealer. The dealer said several A3's have been having this problem and they think it may be a software problem. But looking at the threads, it seems this is an ongoing problem over many years. Has anyone been able to fix this problem and if so how?
Cheers!!
