Default 034 Motorsport Strut Bar...(thing of beauty)

034 Motorsports just released this strut bar for the B9 A4.

This is probably the nicest strut bar that I have ever seen! I think I'll be installing one just for the aesthetic value. If I purchase an S4 I'm sure I can transfer it over. The first time I wiped down the engine bay I noted how awful the oem strut bar looks. Low rent decision on Audi's part. $375 is a little pricey but life is to short to always wait for sales. If anyone installs one before I do please post pics installed in your engine bay.

At your service. But I haven't installed it yet due to lack of tools and time. I've got a few photos of it.

Definitely looks and feels really nice. Like I keep saying, if nothing, the engine bay will look better!!

Just assembling it on my bedroom floor made my carpet look better

Very nice. Thanks for posting the pics. I've got new wheels coming this week then on the next CC cycle I'll order the strut bar.

He he. I have a special, low limit CC just for stuff like this. Else I'm sure I'll overspend if I use my other CCs. Waiting for springs so I can lower it and have a nice, tight B9.

I have one (thanks 034!) It is an absolutely stunning piece of hardware like most of their designs. They installed it for me a few weeks ago so no DIY, but I can say that I've felt an improvement in the front end over stock with noticeably less flex and better turn-in.

It's a solid upgrade that when paired with the transmission insert moves the needle closer to the perfect side of the gauge. Oh, and did I say it's stunning? Props to DO at 034 and the others who designed this thing.

Good to know its more than an aesthetic addition (but does look great). Curious as to what transmission insert you are referring to?

What tools are needed? Looks like a pretty simple install.
