Dented B&O cover
We had guests this past fall and so I had passengers in the back seat. I never sit or look in the back seat so when I was switching out the bulbs in the back seat I noticed the B&O cover dented in on the drivers side passenger door.
How do I remove the door panel or speaker cover? Hopefully I can pop the dent back out and not have to replace it.
Here are some pics

I don't think those dent that easily, had to have been thumped with a fairly solid hit or the door was shut on cargo placed in the rear. Sorry to see that. They are not cheap, at $256 from the dealer.

If you plan to pull door card, buy some of the large plastic pop rivets they use. In advance. One any door card pull, I have 1-3 of them quasi self destruct. I hate putting stuff like that back together without all the fasteners--and a hassle to re-do later or leave apart. Or you just forget about it and that much less buttoned down.
FWIW, over the years, my small kit of "stocking" disposable parts for quasi spontaneous repairs were the front fender liner rivets akin to these, these door card ones, a W12 center manifold gasket, and one oil filter in case I was under there for some other reason and it was near time anyway. I replenished with periodic audiusaparts.com orders along the way when I got other parts and filters and such.
Maybe look and eBay--and eBay.de--to see if you can find one for cheaper, esp. if cover separable once removed and you don't care about any included speaker.

The same B&O speaker cover just dented on my car too. I was swapping winter tires for summer. Rather then put the mounted tires on the rear seat like I had sent them over there, they put one in the foot well. When they shut the door, the speaker grill got dented in.
I though about taking of the door card off myself but I started to feel uncomfortable when I was applying a good amount of force to the lower clips and nothing was happening, and figured I'd see if the tire shop will cover the cost of labor and parts, rather then break more stuff.
Moral of the story, don't put your tires in the foot well.
By the way are we supposed to put the plastic trim tool under the door gasket or on top of the gasket?
