How to Hook Up an iPhone SE to 2008 Audi A4 2.0T
Hello,
I have a 2008 Audi A4 - 200hp, 2.0 liter 4-cyl. turbo engine manual transmission. In the glove box is a jack for an older generation ipod (compatible with iPhone 4 also). The port is incompatible with my new iphone SE since it is designed to work with the old iPods and iPhones that had the wide charge port not the new small one. I was wondering if there is a gadget/device you guys know of that I could purchase online for my Audi's iPod port to work with my iPhone SE? Or is there something I could buy that would allow me to use it via bluetooth? Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Will look into ordering an Apple 30 to Lightning adapter online tonight as well as look into aftermarket Bluetooth kits. Thanks for the help snagitseven, much appreciated.

I have similar unit without the AMI interface. My car doesn't have AMI. It works well, and I can even use my steering wheel controls.
Works flawlessly with phone calls since that is handled by the car's existing bluetooth, and this device just does the A2DP music streaming. I use my phone as the source of all music so it automatically mutes the music when a call comes in and the phone switches between the two devices as needed.
