Default A5 SB S-Line Photos (from the Audi Zentrum Stuttgart, DE)

Dropped by the Audi Center near my office and took some pix of the two A5 SBs on the showroom floor (they had a couple RS8s also but no pix this time):

There are not rim options we have in the US market unfortunately...

Turbine rims

Yah both of those rims are better then any option here. Should ask what it costs to buy a set and have them shipped over.

OEM wheels are incredibly expensive.

The S5 at the Paris Autoshow had a 20" of the first set of wheels. I guess those are the updated version of "rotor" wheels.

That's bizarre. The multispoke wheels on the white SB are available in Canada.
They are a free option on the A5SB S-Line.

It's pretty crazy how the packaging is so different in the US vs Canada.

The 19" multi spokes are available here in the US, just not compatible with the S-Line package. It's ridiculous.

Updated rotors do look good though.

If you haven't seen this car in person you are really missing a treat. I've been looking at online videos and photos for 2 weeks and when you see this thing in person, it just astounds you.

I took a colleague with me to the Zentrum who knew nothing about the A5 and after our 15 min viewing, he wants one. If anyone in Stuttgart is interested in a 2012 Jeep Rubicon let me know.

I do have to say after looking at all the Audi models they make, the A5 SB is by far the most stylish. The A5 SB is perfectly proportioned vs the bigger chunky/clunky looking A7.*

*In my opinion.

Yeah I saw the new coupe, carbrio, and sportback at the autoshow and was really impressed at how much better they looked in person. They had the sportback next to a S7 and the S5 sportback really does look better. The rear 3/4 is the weak spot in the A/S/RS7 but the A/S5 is very nicely proportioned. The rear end looks so much better.

Yah that's just stupid. No reason to not let people pick their rims. Audi USA has some ridiculous choices/rules.

One thing I thing I've really noticed here in Germany is that almost every car is de-badged. For example; Glisse's A5 SB looks to have been de-badged on the rear.

I have to say that look has grown on me - - is this also the trend back in the US these days?

Haha no. In fact, manufacturers often have to put extra badges on North American cars.
