Audi Q5 long term reliability

I am planning to buy Audi Q5 2015 and would like to keep it for long term. Is the reliability good at least for 7 years? Did you face any issue and how much money was spent to fix it?

I would have no concerns. Contemporary Audis are proving to be most reliable when scheduled maintenance is performed.
