If I may... small suggestion
Overall, I really like the registration thing. And collapsing the threads. And everything else =)
Just one thing - the gray background between alternating threads is a bit annoying. What about less offensive grays? Most of the page is white, so why not take a 90% and an 80% gray?
And what about signature fields? Many of us (not including me) always post a signature (1.8TQMS with Wett and this and that and even other stuff), why not automate it?

Fixed the alternating backgrounds (you weren't the first person with that reccomendation)
I'll work on a signature field. I implemented it partially, but postponed it to get the forum software released at some point.
