Default Ride quality. Risk of damaging rims using ultra-lo profile tires. Weight of rims...

will hinder turn-in during driving transients (slalom, autocross, hi-speed maneuvers). Excessive weight also causes brakes to wear faster (brakes have to stop rotating mass having higher rotational inertia), and loads on bearings really suck.
