Default 2000 Audi TT quattro headlights
My regular headlights for my Audi are useless anything I can do strengthen them?

Xenon lights were an option on your MY if you don't have them. However, they are expensive after-market even if you buy refurb. If you have Xenon, are you sure your ballasts are working properly. Your's is the first complaint I've heard in recent years on any of the TT boards so I expect you have a operational problem.
