i just put brand new tires on my Audi TT AWD and then alignment . But they said they cant align my rear because it needed a special tool. The camber is off -2.3 and 2.2. What do i need to correct the camber/

Go to a shop that has the "special tool" required and pay them to perform the alignment.
There may be a bent component causing the issue and no "special tool" required. But, the replacement part may make you cry when they price it for you.

Your rear Springs could have settled a bit. Camber increases as the rear goes lower or compresses. Stock control arms do not provide for camber adjustment however. There are aftermarket eccentric bushings designed to do this. There are also adjustable control arms. FWIW though -2.2 is not terrible if toe in is set to specs. It WILL wear the inner edge of the tire more quickly than the outer but not nearly as badly as you might suspect. I set my adjustable arms at -2 intentionally on my TT that I take to the track. In track use we wear the outer edge too quickly unless we run lots of camber.
