Default 2001 Audi TT FWD multiple VAG-COM fault codes

First I want to say thanks in advance for everyone on here! I am not an expert so pointing me in the right direction is greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased a 2001 Audi TT FWD and there were little issues other than paint flaking off, ESP light, CEL, and an airbag light.

I purchased some new coil packs, plugs, and an air filter. Did a quick tuneup which corrected the CEL at the time. I also replaced the stock DV with a FORGE BOV and am not dumping into atmosphere.

Other then that everything is either stock or would have been done prior to me purchasing the vehicle.

Symptoms: drivers side and passenger side doors lock/unlock and but do not open. I managed to get it to a shop locally and they spent about a week on it. The shop came up with a solution of replacing the entire locking assembly and having to tighten the cable assembly to the interior door lock. So far this issue is gone ($900) later..

On my way home from the shop the radio cut out and my ABS light, CEL, and brake light (blinking) came on (ESP and Airbag are still on). The battery light also came on in the center of the instrument panel. I thought the battery might be bad so I took it to a shop who did a 24 hour diagnostic on it and advised it was good.

I finally got my VAG-COM out of my toolbox and got it working on my laptop.

Ran a full scan with the below results:

Engine
17608 - boost pressure control valve N249 mechanical malfunction
17544 - Fuel Trim: bank 1 system too lean
16947 - system voltage too high

ABS Brakes
01542 - YAW Rate Sensor G202
00668 - supply voltage terminal 30 signal outside specification
01130 - ABS Operation implausible signal intermittent
01542 - Yaw Rate Sensor G202 implausible signal intermittent
00812 - Brake pressure release solenoid F84 Intermittent

AUTO HVAC
01274 - Air flow flap positioning motor V71
00604 - potentiometer positioning motor for air flow flaw G113 open or short to B+

CENTR. LOCKS
01371 - alarm triggered by door contact switch drivers side
01557 - contact witch in locking Cyl: drivers side Open F241 short to ground

INTER MONITOR
01463 - alarm triggered by sensor for anti theft alarm
01462 - Anti theft alarm ultra sonic sensor G209 supply voltage too low

I attached the VAG-COM printout, any help would be great!!!

Thanks

Default update

Well I decided to clear most of the codes and just run the car to see if they come back. I think most of the issues I am seeing is because the alternator is failing. I am going to purchase a YAW rate sensor off ebay to correct my ESP and one of the Chinese airbag reset tools off ebay to see if that corrects the 65535 memory issue. Everything else should be corrected after I replace the alternator (crossing fingers).

I suppose I will let everyone know how it goes once everything has been tested.
