2001 TT Quattro 225hp Coolant Leak, Heater takes long time to warm up in cabin, etc..
I have a pretty pronounced coolant leak on a 2001 TT quattro 225hp roadster. When I look at the front of the radiator the outside "thirds" of the radiator are wet , the middle "third" is dry. Coolant draining pretty rapidly. Before the leak occurred, I had the symptom of the heat taking FOREVER to warm up the cabin. I have 119K and allegedly the water pump and timing belt were replaced before I bought it back in December at 112K. Am I looking at a radiator only problem? OR Thermostat? OR water pump or a combination?

Do you really expect a proper answer with your description and no troubleshooting on your part? Especially since this is your first post? Understand that without having the car in front of us, we are all just guessing.
You could have a burst / torn hose that is streaming coolant onto the radiator. Or, a heater core that is bad or a leaking heater control valve. The leaky radiator could be a 2nd problem.
Standard automotive troubleshooting techniques apply here. Perform them or learn them or pay someone to perform them for you. There is a reason qualified shops charge 30-60 minutes time for "diagnostics". Their estimate, which takes time to write up is then "free".
Starting a thread, without even searching for other similar information from those who experienced this in the past won't yield much.
