Sounds like they are willing to haggle. Get them to lower the price more, then >>>

take it to another dealer to replace the cluster under the warranty. Done.

if you can live with it its really not a big deal... thats just a flaw for all audis...

mine has that and both of my buddys audis do aswell... i had mine checked out and its just bad pixel in the screen.
