deflector winder aint workin right

Default deflector winder aint workin right

I have a 2001 tt roadster.when I go to put up deflector window it comes up cockeyed then stops half way up and makes a clicking like noise .my belt is still good so im thinkin its something to do with a gear or something can anybody please tell me what r the possibilities?

Mine does not work at all - looking for advice/tips.

I can hear a click with the switch so the fuses + switch are good. Seems like something may be jammed inside.

Anybody know of a thread with pics for the inspection/repair.

I bought the Bentley manual and there is NOTHING on it
