OK, I just bought a base TT Roadster 180 HP, 5 speed, 55M miles. "AWP" engine.

Today I got underneath to take a closer look at stuff after perusing my Bentley manual.

I don't believe this model has two separate "intercoolers" correct??? Guessing that is what makes the other model 225HP. Assuming my AWP has one and has no use for the "connecting" pipe.

So this part number 28 or the 3" hollow black metal tube below is suppose to be open on both ends and connected to nothing and absolutely useless then right???

Just trying to figure this puppy out.
