ok, so my fan only runs when my A/C is on. so my car will go to 110 just over the middle line and sometime the fan turn on but like spin very slow for like 5 sec and turn back off. unless i turn A/C on and both fan go full speed and temp go back to the middle. i done change temp coolant sensor, thermostat, i even flush it with new G12 coolant. i have done everything i can think of.

fan relay?

when the ac button is pressed on, the condensor fans will come on like you are getting.

unsure if the TT has a separate temp sensor for the fans and computer, or they use the same one. could be the fan relay ( under the battery tray) or a wiring problem.

or the radiator fan switch on the radiator , I would replace them both since your already there. make sure the fans run on low and high. if that doesn't fix the problem then its a short in the wiring.

if you replace the switch make sure its the square or triangle plug before you buy.
and the aux fan switch makesure you have the 10 or 14 pin connector
