Hello, last week I picked up a 2000 TT 225. I've wanted a Mk1 TT since it came out, and I've always had an appreciation for Audi's Quattro system. After some searching I learned that the TT doesn't have the same Quattro system that the other cars have, but instead a fwd oriented set up. I'll admit that I'm a pretty dedicated BMW fan, so a rear wheel bias is what I'm use to.

Are there any aftermarket differential options I have to get a fixed rwd orientation such as 35/65?

So far my understanding is that the TT is basically a fwd car until traction loss, but even then it only gives 20-50% to the rear. It seems like a huge waste to not have at least 50% going to the rear at all time.

Thanks ahead of time, and I hope I have a few options! Worst case scenario I make it a really cool DD. Best case scenario I sell my e30 for Audi parts haha. but not really.

haldex doesn't make a controller anymore, you might wanna check on ebay or classifieds, they show up once in a while.
