Im wanting to upgrade to a bigger turbo than a k03. I drive a 2000 audi tt fwd 1.8t and I want something bigger. I was gonna go with a k04-020 but I figured its not that much different in price. has anyone had any experience with a f23 or f21 frankenturbo on a 1.8t tt?? and if so what kind of mods did you have to support it? right know I have a stage 2 unitronic tune with a catless downpipe and forge dv. I plan on going to a 440cc tune with bosch 440 green giant injectors when I get the Frankenturbo kit which comes with the high flow exhaust manifold. and also anyone know what kind of difference there is in the coolant and oil lines?? thanks[]

First of all the tune is a good start also the green giant injectors are good, the turbo its self doesnt require a specific set fo injectors, just the ones to match your tune. Second, if you plan on running more than 15ish pounds of boost, get a nice front mount intercooler. Dont go to expensive on this, because it just needs to be a bit larger than the stock to cool down the gasses in the turbo. Get a high flow cat and a new cool air intake should be good to go. If I missed anything let me know, thats just off the top of my head.
