Good deal? 2004 TTR 225 $26k
#12
In the interesting turn of events...
This car WILL NOT be certified by official Audi dealership. This is extremely weird. My main sales guy at official Audi dealership that got me the A6, told me that there is most likely something wrong with that car as they didn't buy it and make certified.
What's even weirder is that both dealerships (the one that has this Audi and the official Audi dealership belong to United Auto Group). Same company, yet they are unwilling to work with each other to sell me this car. This Audi is currently at Mercedes dealership (United Auto) and I asked Audi dealership (United Auto again) to take over so I can buy it from them as it is more convenient because of the distance from my house to that dealership.
Audi is very hesitant about this car, I just think they are full of it and they wanted to sell me a newer TT they are trying to get rid off.
Here's what the Audi guy at official Audi dealership told me:
Hey Boz, Christy said that we cannot buy it, and that it would not be Certified...purchasing from them. I cannot help you with this one-sorry. Remember I have the last 3.2 TT Roadster, Special Edition 255hp AWD, Quartz gray, baseball interior, black top...MSRP $45,759...sale price $37,259.00.
Should I still go for this 2004 TTR. I mean I can't believe there's something horribly wrong with this car, especially as it is 2004, it has measly 30k miles and still have a year more of factory warranty. I'll go this saturday to check it out anyways.
What do you guys think?
Thanks.
